SHINY—For festivity on a budget, the long-running Christmas Ship Parade can't be beat. Swing by your favorite river viewpoint through December 20 to catch the Portland tradition as it makes its rounds. Routes vary by day, but tonight, the fleet will be heading upriver toward Milwaukie to spread some cheer to the 'burbs. MJ
