Funny, but doesn't beat the bar (with live music) under the Chuo/Sobu line tracks in Koenji, Tokyo, Muryoku Muzenji, that is totally festooned with Hello Kitty and cat pictures, figurines, and statues of all kinds, in every available space of the place---and the owner who is a trip. Played there once. Awesome experience.
