OUTSIDE—Dealing with all sorts of heavy topics, Outside In's second-annual Outside the Frame event showcases short films made by young filmmakers who have experienced homelessness. Hosted by fancy-pants director Todd Haynes (I'm Not There, Mildred Pierce), this free screening gives an important platform to that all-too-rare artist: filmmakers who actually have something to say.
