Artsy / TV / Music Experimental Half Hour - "XXX Valentine's Day"

Can you believe that the crew over at Experimental Half Hour are already celebrating the release of their 30th episode? Portland's favorite avant-garde cable access show has been cranking out a steady stream of episodes for just over a year and a half now, and tomorrow they're hosting a viewing party for their Valentine's Day special at the recently opened Little Axe Records.
Expect the premiere of new EHH videos and comedic Valentine's-themed vignettes from some of Portland's most out-there video artists and comedians, including Christian "Megazord" Oldham, Ashby Lee Collinson, Mikey Kampmann, and Rebecca Carlisly Healy, all to a soundtrack of cheesy slap-bass funk and reworkings of 1-900 commercial music courtesy of Jack Gilbert, Jamie Potter, Nick Bindeman, and more.
The full list of guest stars and contributors is astonishing, and reads like a who's who of Portland's experimental art and music scene, making this episode an absolute must-see. Check the Facebook page to scope all the details.
The screening begins tomorrow evening at 9 pm sharp at Little Axe Records, 5012 NE 28th (at Alberta).
