Just think—by last call on Friday, you could easily be an expert on India Pale Ale. Roscoe's (8105 SE Stark St.) is hosting their 3rd annual IPA summit for which they will have 15 different varieties of the beverage on tap. There's no faster way to train those taste buds to recognize subtleties in flavor than comparing the same brew from so many breweries side by side—and with their 5-oz. tasting trays you should do just that. Oregon favorites including Double Mountain and Fort George will flow next to the likes of Russian River of Santa Rosa, CA and other out-of-state labels. Start your beer education here!
