The Mercury's eighth annual fashion show, Open Season, is coming right up on Saturday, May 12 at Sandbox Studio, featuring 12 of Portland's most exciting apparel and accessories designers. Ticket's for the always-packed, always-high energy event are now on sale, so get yours now and get ready for some runway drama from designers like Rio Wrenn of R.A.W., who—bonus event—is also participating in a trunk and fashion show at Eden on May 3rd at 6 pm. Also showing: Meaghan Hardy, Pure Jewelry, and Urchin Re.Design, plus cocktails and DJ Voluspa (a DJ name that, I believe, is in reference to a line of scented candles).
