Video: Here We Go Magic - "How Do I Know"

Posted by Ned Lannamann on Mon, May 7, 2012 at 11:29 AM

Here's the captivating new video from Brooklyn's Here We Go Magic, who are releasing their excellent new record A Different Ship tomorrow on Secretly Canadian. It's a career-best for HWGM, and this tune, "How Do I Know," is a certain highlight. The video, shot in Palm Springs, is directed by sometimes-Portlander Sean Pecknold, and stars sometimes-Portlander Janet Pants as the dancing robot (which sounds weird, but you'll have to watch it to see what I mean). It's a striking, vibrant, and offbeat clip—much like A Different Ship itself.

Here We Go Magic will play Bunk Bar on Friday, May 25, just before heading up to Sasquatch. There will probably not be dancing robots.
