Film Fred Armisen's "Be Serious for 30 Seconds" Project

Okay, now I think Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein are fucking with me specifically! Fred's using his time off from SNL to start the "Be Serious for 30 Seconds" video project, in which you send in 30 second videos of you being serious. Now in the wrong hands (which is to say Reed College students) this could be the worst idea ever. However in the best hands—okay, it still isn't going to be great. Anyway, check out Fred's rules for the "Be Serious" project, and try to tell me this isn't his way of getting out of being funny.
You're right... that scene with Carrie did seem like an entire season of Portlandia.
