City Hall What Does Randy Leonard's Son Think of the Skate Ban?

Commissioner Randy Leonard is pushing a proposal to ban skateboarding in the West Hills, responding to neighbors' complaints about noise and fear of skaters crashing. The statistics for crashes don't seem to bear out those fears, but now Leonard's proposal has another critic: his son. The Oregonian reports that Leonard's 36-year-old son Ryan texted him this photo.
