Activists Sticker Seattle Crisis Pregnancy Center Bus Ads

Posted by Sarah Mirk on Tue, Jul 24, 2012 at 12:29 PM

Crisis pregnancy centers are places that offer counseling, support, and advice to pregnant women, but often refuse to refer women to clinics that offer abortions and sometimes distribute pamphlets with inaccurate information about birth control and abortions. Oregon has about 50 of them and Washington has a lot, too. Which is where someone spotted a pro-Planned Parenthood sticker slapped up over a crisis pregnancy center on a Seattle bus:

If you can't read it, the sticker over the Birthright ad says: "This is an anti-choice organization. They will NOT present you with all your legal and medical options. Call Planned Parenthood instead: 1-800-230-7526."
