Music Do You Think This New Bat for Lashes Song Is About Laura Palmer?

This new Bat for Lashes song is called "Laura."
Is this song about Twin Peaks' Laura Palmer? I'm leaning toward yes. Those red curtains tipped the balance for me, and the line "you're the train that crashed my heart." Even though I can't figure out how the aging drag queen plays into it. Or am I way off base?
