"Excuse Me Sir, Might You Happen to Have the Time?" "IT'S ZERO DARK THIRTY!"

Posted by Erik Henriksen on Mon, Aug 6, 2012 at 3:54 PM

The Hurt Locker is an astounding film, and it was directed by Kathryn Bigelow (Point Break, Near Dark, Strange Days) and written by Mark Boal. Now Boal and Bigelow are re-teaming for Zero Dark Thirty. Its teaser came out today. It looks good. Also, intense. Also, terrifying. I am excited to see it.

In related Bigelow news! There'll be some rare 35 mm screenings of Strange Days this weekend at Portland State's Fifth Avenue Cinema (510 SW Hall). 7 and 9:30 pm on Friday and Saturday, 3 pm on Sunday. Admission's free for PSU students, $3 for everyone else, and Strange Days is craaaaaazy.
