SEX Why Doesn't Portland Have a Vibrator Cart?

Our reputation is in danger, guys.
Trojan is launching two retrofitted hot dog carts in New York this week, stocking the pushcarts not with wieners and buns but free vibrators.
The company plans to hand out 10,000 vibrators on the streets this week, distributing the devices from the former hot dog carts with the tagline, “Relish the moment.”
This is the most Portland thing I've ever heard of and it's happening in New York.
