GOOD MORNING, BLOGTOWN! We went to Cali and got drunk on the beach, got a motel and built a fort out of sheets. LET'S GO TO PRESS.
Nice try, Ann Romney... but First Lady Michelle Obama KILLED IT in her address last night at the Democratic National Convention.
And if you're looking for the next great Democratic hope, check out San Antonio mayor Juan Castro's blistering speech last night at the DNC. Again... KILLED IT.
While the RNC had Clint Eastwood (and his chair), the DNC will have Scarlett Johansson, Natalie Portman and Kerry Washington. Hmmmm... who to choose.... who to choose.
Tonight on the DNC ticket: fiery speeches from former Prez Bill Clinton, as well as the always hilarious Barney Frank.
Meanwhile in a speech that didn't go so well, a gunman opened fire during a victory rally for Quebec's Premiere-elect Pauline Marois.
