You guys! The All Jane No Dick comedy festival opens tonight! Four nights and two days of funny ladies performing stand-up and improv, with workshops, a panel and a podcast. It's like a second Bridgetown Comedy Festival, only you won't have to wait through like five male comedians before you get to see a woman take the stage.

The festival kicks off tonight with a 7:30pm showcase featuring some of Portland's funniest women. Bri Pruett, Marcia Belsky, and Whitney Streed are regulars on comedy stages all over town and consistently bring the laughs. Janet Kauffman and Joanie Quinn draw most of their material from their lives as wives and mothers and make it relevant for everyone. Tonight's headliner is Susan Rice, who might look like a sweet little older lady, but she talks like the cool aunt who shares her flask with you when no one's looking. Check them all out and hear some of the funniest material being performed in Portland right now.

Tonight's show is just $15. Prices go up for the Friday and Saturday shows with the amazing Jackie Kashian and improv group Switchboard, but they've got mix-and-match packages where you can see a bunch of shows for the price of just a couple. See the full schedule here.
