My mild disdain for Portlandia aside, check out this awesome tweet from Carrie Brownstein!
That's right, Carrie has a gay dad, and thanks to the passage of Washington's Referendum 74 that finally allows same sex marriage, a "real wedding" is on the way for her pops, which means a very happy family indeed.
Congrats Carrie, and to all those lucky, hardworking Washington gays (and straights) who saw their chance and took it!
