Food Thanksgiving Centerpiece: The Veggieducken

Our food issue this week (I'll link to it as soon as it's online) is dedicated to all things decadent, but in their roundup of over-the-top vegetarian dishes, my esteemed colleagues Sarah Mirk and Erik Henriksen overlooked one new dish that's basically defined by ridiculousness: The Veggieducken.
No, it is not shaped like a turkey. Yes, it is packed with stuffing.
Veggies in veggies in veggies. (Now this is stuck in my head again. Snacks on snacks on snacks.)
