These are always fun to flip through: The Regional Arts and Culture Council yesterday announced the names of the artists and organizations who will receive a total of $732,440 in grant money, to fund fund projects as diverse as comedy classes for people with mental health issues, and the Portland Queer Documentary Fest.

These grants are funded by the City of Portland; Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas Counties; Metro; RACC's Work for Art program; and individual donors.
