In September, Chris Ware contributed a "back-to-school" cover to the New Yorker that joked about how much free time parents would have now that their kids were back in school. His post-Newtown cover reimagines the same scenario—parents sending their kids to school—only this time, the parents huddle together, worried, as their kids file into the building. It's a great cover, and you can read his thoughts on designing it and on the shooting itself here.
