Meanwhile, Syrian Rebel Leader Quits. Citing a lack of support from the rest of the world, the head of the Syrian rebel coalition resigned earlier today.

No Whiff of Putin. British police are saying there’s nothing fishy about the death of Boris Berezovsky foe of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

They Don’t Care for Obamacare. With eight months to go before the rest of the Affordable Care Act goes live, business groups are ramping up their lobbying efforts against “Obamacare.”
