Wild About Game, Nicky USA's annual culinary celebration and all-day party, will be held this Sunday, September 8, at Timberline Lodge, from 11:30am-4:30pm. Full details here, tickets here. What your ticket gets you:
Entrance to the Artisan Marketplace - Sample food and drink from nearly forty of the Northwest's best producers, including ranchers, charcutiers, farmers, cheesemakers, distillers, winemakers, and brewers.
Sample dishes from the Chef's Competition - Watch top chefs from Portland and Seattle square off, and try the creations of each! Among the Portland competitors this year are Clyde Common, Little Bird, Imperial, and St. Jack. Competitors will all use a pre-determined game meat.
Access to the Cookbook Social - Meet and chat with local chefs and authors such as Gabe Rucker (Le Pigeon), Martha Holmberg, Ivy Manning, and Laurie & Bruce Wolf. Books will be on hand for purchase.
Raffles for high-end cutlery, gift certificates, and more.
