—The ultra-charming treasure chest of a store that is Lowell has pretty great taste in art, too. Today they kick off a show of new drawings by James Douglas Mitchell from 6-9 pm, scheduled to be on view through Nov 30.

Friday, Oct 18
—Will Leather Goods celebrates it grand opening in Union Way from 7-10 pm with complimentary "Portland-based" food, drink, and entertainment. If you're familiar with the company, you may associate them first with Los Angeles, where they have their flagship store, but the company's actually rooted just over yonder, in Eugene.
—Lille Boutique hosts a trunk show for the line Skin, along with International Brand Director Kirsten Basso, from 5-8 pm.

—Mag-Big celebrates its third anniversary with their customary "rager" from 7-11 pm, with drinks, snacks and DJ Gregarious.
