I never quite understood all the hate that Garden State (still) gets, so I wasn't as harsh as others where when Zach Braff took his fans' money, then took some typical Hollywood investors' money, and then went around shrugging and mugging like he had no idea what was going on whenever people asked him why he didn't just (A) pay for his new movie himself, or (B) get investors in the first place. Hooray for Kickstarter! Between this and Veronica Mars: 90 Minutes of Fan Service, I think we can all agree that crowdfunded movies are the promising future of cinema.

ANYWAY, here's Wish I Was Here, the movie that you (and some typical Hollywood investors) made—and even as somebody who isn't (still) complaining about Garden State, I'd like to suggest that a better title for the film might be Instagram: The Movie.

AM I WRONG? SHALL WE ALLOW THIS FILM TO EXIST, OR SHALL WE CONDEMN IT?

Let us vote. As always, all Blogtown votes are permanent and legally binding. And while you definitely should not allow it to influence your voting in any way (or maybe you should, I don't care), here's a picture of Zach Braff playing a CG monkey on the set of James Franco's Wizard of Oz movie, a film which we all forgot even existed. But it did! Good day.
