Chefs Vitaly Paley and Doug Adams are offering a wood-fired Thanksgiving (the turkey is spit roasted) with their take on traditional mash, squash, Brussels sprouts and various pies. The Daily Grill
For a precise $39.75 there is a three-course menu that covers the traditional bases and offers options of mahi mahi and skirt steak marinated in citrus and served with mac and cheese. Anyone 11 and under can eat for $14.75. dailygrill.com
Jake’s Grill
It might be the fanciest dinner, served in the Sentinel’s Grosvenor Ballroom the Thanksgiving menu, but it’s not the most expensive. For a cent under $40, diners get to choose from way more than turkey and trimmings: a cold seafood display, tortellini salad, Pacific salmon and striploin steak are just a few of the other choices. Feastworks
Actually a holiday meal to go, which is perfect if you want to pretend you’ve done all the hard work. For $140 (to feed four to six) the turkey roast dinner covers the basics—bird, mash, bread pudding, a side, cranberry, cornbread and gravy—but you can also just get the side package for $85. The steakhouse located in the Nines Hotel goes all in with the meat options, with charcuterie to start and entrée choices of turkey, chicken, tenderloin or short rib. All the sides are included and there’s a choice of dessert (including Woodblock Chocolate and orange bread pudding with orange cream ice cream.
