—And, today's Lookbook of the Day #2 belongs to Hand-Eye Supply, which is so proud to be the first American retailer of Ann Sheppard women's denim they've made a lookbook (modeled by the women behind All Bad Days) showcasing a brand of revived workwear and selvedge denim aimed at female customers for a change. The fits are retro, inspired by icons like Amelia Earhart, and come in "ranchy dungaree" or "high-waisted Marilyn-in-Levis" cuts.

—More on the opening of Backtalk West (grand opening will be Thurs June 4 at 421 SW 10th from 5-8 pm): Much like Alexa Stark's residency at the original N Mississippi Backtalk, the downtown location will be home to the workspace of Laurs Kemp, whose latest collection takes its inspiration from "late '70s loungewear and Japanese minimalism." It will debut at the opening party along with mixed media sculpture by Jessie Weitzel.
