YES, APPARENTLY IT'S TRUE: The Backstreet Boys are in talks with the Spice Girls to do a reunion tour together! From an interview with the BSB's A.J. McLean with Rolling Stone:

Backstreet Boys are back in the studio next week — what can we expect and what's the deal with these BSB–Spice Girls tour rumors that keep re-surfacing?

The Spice Girls tour has been this idea bouncing around for the past year and a half, and it's something we're still talking about.

Okay before we SQUEEEEEEEEE, two things:

1) Who ever wrote this story for Rolling Stone is a goddamn idiot for burying this critical information 12 FREAKING PARAGRAPHS DOWN and titling the article "Backstreet Boys' A.J. McLean on Fiery Solo Song, Nick Carter Zombie Western." NO ONE GIVES A FLIPPING SHIT ABOUT A.J.'S "FIERY" SONG OR NICK'S "ZOMBIE WESTERN." (Okay, maybe Nick's zombie western is slightly interesting.) This article should've been called, "Backstreet Boys Make the Smartest Fucking Decision of their Lives by Reuniting the Spice Girls for the Most Amazing Tour EVARRRRRRRRR!!!" Take a note, idiots at Rolling Stone. I'm tired of teaching you turds how to write.

2) Damn it, I got so upset about number one, I've forgotten what I was going to say for number two. Ah, fuck it. I'm just gonna say two things:

1) SQUEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! and...

2) If this tour doesn't happen, it can only mean two things:

1) Life is meaningless, and...

2) BSB and the Spice Girls don't give a crap about taking an insane amount of my money.

I can't believe either of those things are true. That being the case, it's time to reinvigorate the age-old argument...
