Are you a Star Wars fan who needs to burn off some holiday calories? Portlander Gene Lu has created several Star Wars-themed running routes using the Nike+ app you can follow.

As first reported by City Lab, Lu is creating running routes throughout Portland to pay tribute to the latest installment of the Star Wars franchise.

So far Lu, who works as a creative director for advertising firm R/GA Portland, has so far created four routes ranging from four-plus to 15.5 miles and has uploaded specific instructions on how to replicate them here, here, and here.
