The Fatty Melt

Posted by Patrick Alan Coleman on Wed, Oct 8, 2008 at 2:22 PM

I dig extreme meaty dishes. For proof, you need look no further than my story about the Luther burger et. al. And it seems that I'm constantly adding to the ever increasing list of foods I plan to ingest when I've decided to leave this big, beautiful, fatty world and fly to the arms of my maker.

The latest on the "mercy coronary" list is The Fatty Melt:

Yes, that is a burger using two grilled cheese sandwiches as buns. But I don't think we should be content with that. I'd most likely slip a couple of crisp bacon strips into those grilled cheese sandwiches and maybe some grilled onions on top o' that there patty. Delicious.

Hey! Now that I think about it, I still have some burgers left over from the box of specialty gift meat that my mother sent me last Christmas. I guess I know what I'm having for dinner tonight! Goodbye cruel world...

and thanks a lot, A Hamburger Today

A supreme court justice is just a regular court justice with tomatoes and sour cream.
