It would seem perfect - city-owned, great location, wouldn't involve destroying the Coliseum. That page is at least 5 years old, though, so it's possible that the information is outdated (i.e. PPS no longer owns the land or wants to move, etc.).

It just seems like a reasonable possibility that if he's pulling out of the Lents option, without waiting for the formal URA vote, he has another option up his sleeve, which we'll find out about before too long. Hillsboro, Vancouver and Salem all have fairground sites that might work, so putting two and two together (and possibly getting five...)...
