@Rusty, was the Spring Rain you tried out of a bomber or on tap? It's a session style ale. You can drink it all night long and your tongue doesn't turn into a pine cone. Definately not made for hop heads.

I agree with Graham right now about Ninkasi, but the Spring Rain I tried was really bad. I'm more into their Triceratops, the double IPA, but that might be a bit too much for someone who isn't a hop head.
If you're looking to sneak in two beers a night, and want to check out the actual bar's, I'd recommend heading to SE and going to Roots Brewery, which is near 7th and Hawthorne, and after that going to the Lucky Lab Brewery which is on 9th and Hawthorne.
Also, FayBoy... You forgot Saturdays and Sundays. Maybe Bridgeport and Full Sail respectively.

Week 1: IPA/Lager
Week 2: Hef/Wheat
Week 3: Red/Amber
Week 4: Porter/Stout

Monday - Laurelwood
Tuesday - Rogue
Wednesday - Deschutes
Thursday - Hopworks
Friday - Ninkasi
If a brewer doesn't have a beer in that week's particular style, internet suggestion time.

I'd suggest grouping your styles, so you can identify differences in the style between brands. Ie, instead of week 1 being stout/hefe/ipa/porter/amber, go ipa/ipa/ipa.... At least until you start sweating hops.
Sounds like a fun month, keep us posted on what you try!
