Sam is a particularly notorious offender (seriously, anyone know what Kimberly Schneider actually does for the PDC? For over $100k a year?). But I'm sure Randy's Chief of Staff will take up a cushy bureau job any day now.

In fairness, Jimenez actually is qualified for the job and is as good as the post makes him out to be. The rest of them are just very fortunate sycophants.
