      <![CDATA[All they have to do is come over to Vancouver and look around. We have been having coal trains, 4 a day I think, for many years. I have not seen the billows of coal dust. Don't know about any of the other problems they mention, but a lot of people live right next to the train tracks, so it should be easy to track these things.
