      <![CDATA[Come now billyjak! Anything east of 82nd, hell, 60th, may as well be Gresham, despite the fact that Portland stretches out to 170th or so. Fuck those poor morans not smart enough to live in inner neighborhoods. Lents fucking shments, it's all Happy Valley! There is one in Happy Valley though, further down 82nd.
