      <![CDATA[Where are the guarantees for taxpayers or small businesses, or any business other than Nike, for that matter? This is corrupt as hell. Fuck Nike, fuck the legislators that voted for this, and fuck Kitzhaber for pushing this. This has got to be a huge violation of the equal protection clause. Writing laws just to benefit specific large companies, and for what? A measly 500 jobs? This is terrible lawmaking, and I hope the next legislature looks at it and says "fuck Nike, fuck this deal, we won't honor it, we don't have to" and go and change the tax code anyway.
