No felonies?  Criminal Mischief 2, Failure to Perform the Duties of a Driver, Reckless Driving, and DUI.  He was in jail for one day and then released without posting bail.  Seems like things should be a bit more severe, for plowing into a house at 90 mph and then leaving a wounded person behind.
