      <![CDATA[What on earth is there to disagree about? Sounds like Central precinct commander Reese is afraid of actually finding evidence of the Portland Police doing something wrong. Considering the level to which the public is now scrutinized by video surveillance of private property, I can't conceive of any reason that police officers shouldn't be subjected to film. After all, if police officers aren't misusing their power, then why would it matter?<br>
<br>
Perhaps Reese is afraid we'll find more cases like this from New York's critical mass.<br>
