      <![CDATA[Yet another reason to hate Washington and Columbia county suburbanite trash. Of all those things, the Zoo levy is probably the least important, while the other two are critically essential for the well-being of Oregon's future. You have to consider that PCC students are likely native (or at least have gone to high school here or something) Oregonians or low income and that they are most likely to stay here keeping money in and contributing to the local and state economy in a bunch of other ways.

      <![CDATA[Yeah, you might want to consult more sources.  People outside of MultCo voted on Zoo and PCC levies.  The Trib is reporting that the PCC is failing, and they have much larger vote totals than you do.
