<![CDATA[Hey, I know this chef very well. He has many years of fantastic experience behind him, he is a great chef, talented and very intelligent. They used his talent then walked away hoping to save a few dollars. They will find in the end that you pay for what you get with his new chef.

<![CDATA[Do journalists always strive to get one side of the story? Perhaps you should be less concerned with a scorned chef and more interested in the direction the restaurant is now headed? Just playing Devils Advocate. Ciao
