Everybody wants that gorgeous house and the new cars, but the truth is, unless you can afford it, you just aren't getting it.

I'm tired of people whining about loans they took out and could not pay. If I used all the open credit I have, if I borrowed every dime the banks said I could, I'd be bankrupt. You have to use a little common sense.

If it just so happens that more people of a particular race or ethnic background have a poor credit history, maybe that has more to do with their own individual financial education or how they individually value their credit. How unfortunate that people keep playing up the race card.

Banks were forced to give the loans, then flippers and everyone else decided to raid the artificial cash cow.
Then mortgage banks found out - uh oh - no money to back em up and sold off the loans along with good ones.
